Let’s get LIT!
The first time I stepped into a gym I was 13 years old, and from that day on I never left. Even through the roughest times of my life I have never stopped working out. Fitness is the only aspect that has remained constant my entire life.
Throughout my fitness journey the desire to find a training method that would give me the best results made me try many different styles. This eventually lead me to powerlifting where I was mentored by elite powerlifter Dan Green to whom I owe most of my foundation as a trainer. Having this experience really changed my life, and reinforced my passion for fitness so much that I decided to become a certified personal trainer so I could give back what fitness has done for me.
Since then I have trained clients from all walks of life from teenagers to older adults. Using constantly varied, functional movements executed at high intensity scaling up or down according to their fitness level. I work with my clients as a team whether the goal is to lose weight, gain muscle, get stronger or improve performance. My goal as a trainer is to use fitness as a tool to help my clients prepare for life, mentally and physically

EILEEN CARDONA VÁZQUEZ
My fitness journey has evolved and expanded over the years. I started about 7 years ago as a Yoga teacher, and then became a personal trainer. Being active has always been important to me, I started dancing when I was 12 years old, I surfed, I was part of the dance team and judo team in college. Unfortunately I had two different accidents that lead to having surgery on my knee and shoulder. Since then I have been on a quest to find the best way I can keep my body strong and with less pain. In this journey, I learned that being fit is much more than just going to the gym, following a program, getting strong and getting in shape, it’s a state of awareness. Not being sick does not mean you’re well, and being well doesn’t mean you’re fit, becoming your fittest self is a choice. Everyday we make choices that can deter or strengthen our minds, our bodies and our souls. Through fitness I have seen what amazing things the human body is capable of doing. How could I pass on that? I want to be the fittest me I can be till the day I die and inspire others to do so till then.
I work mostly with women because I want to empower them to feel comfortable in the weight room. However I have worked many different populations such as teenagers, men, breast cancer survivors, prenatal and older adults. My approach to fitness is functional, constantly varied, intense, and it can be adjusted to all kinds of fitness levels. My goal as a trainer is to help my clients find a way to live a happier healthier life however that may look like for them.

WHAT OUR CLIENTS SAY:
Charles has changed my life!
I'm having a blast and look forward to all of my workouts, including the ones I do on my own under Charles' program. I've been able to stay healthy while challenging myself. Charles will push you but also keeps you safe if he notices you're breaking form. My shoulder hasn't been this stable since before my labrum surgery over a decade ago. Baseball throwing velocity and shoulder durability have both improved. We're seeing great results. +23 lbs. of lean mass, -5 lbs. of fat, and counting
